Terms of Service

1. The service

Bizora is a multi-business platform. Businesses can manage a profile, publish listings and offers, run a public website, receive enquiries and orders, and track analytics. Visitors and customers can discover businesses through the public directory and contact or transact with them. Business owners access these features through the Business Portal and customers through the Customer Portal.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity that happens through your account. Accounts may be suspended if we reasonably believe they are used in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Separate roles exist for business owners, customers and platform administrators. A single email may hold one identity at a time; features and permissions depend on the role attached to the account.

3. Business approval

Registering a business does not make it public. A platform administrator reviews each business before it can appear in the directory or publish a website. Approval is discretionary and may be withdrawn if a business no longer complies with these terms. Public websites are published only for approved businesses whose subscription includes the website feature.

4. Plans, payments and subscriptions

Access to features depends on the subscription plan attached to your business. Details of plans and their included features are shown on the Pricing page and in the Super Admin subscription panel. Payments are settled against the payment instructions shown in your portal (for example, a QR-based transfer), and the platform verifies your proof of payment manually before a subscription becomes active.

We may change plans and pricing prospectively, with notice on the platform. Existing granted features remain governed by the plan in effect at the time they were granted until that subscription changes or is replaced.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not post unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access another user's or business's data, or bypass approval, publishing or subscription checks.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the platform, including automated scraping or denial-of-service activity.
• Do not use the platform to collect visitor information without consent or for unsolicited marketing.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant the platform a limited licence to store, display and process that content so we can provide the service (for example, showing your listings on your public website and in the directory). You confirm you have the right to publish anything you upload.

7. No guarantees

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, visitor numbers, enquiry volumes, sales or any particular business outcome. Publishing eligibility only means the platform permits the page to exist publicly; how search engines treat it is outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizora and its administrators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from content published by businesses, transactions between businesses and their customers, or temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content, liability and governing-law clauses) continue to apply.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when the current version applies; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to slmedia1212@gmail.com.
